Submissions

Articles

We do not formally operate a portal to receive submissions on a rolling basis and do not accept unsolicited submissions of articles for publication. However, if you would like to submit an article for publication and consider it falls within our remit, please send us a summary of your proposed contribution of not more than 150 words.

Overview or thematic piece

If you would like to write an overview or thematic piece on a particular subject or trend arising in the recent jurisprudence of the UK Supreme Court, please contact us and provide us with a current copy of your CV. Although contributions for Overview and Thematic pieces are welcome from legal practitioners, especially barristers specialising in certain fields, we would be happy to receive enquiries from other persons in the legal profession, as well. Past overviews and thematic pieces can be viewed in past issues.

Book reviews

If you would like to review a book that is of particular relevance to the UK Supreme Court, please contact us with the details of the publisher and title, as well as your CV.
